Fermentation temperature: 28/30°C

Fermentation length: 6/8 days

Malolactic fermentation at 20°C

Ageing: 6 months in steel tanks

 

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Ruby red

Flavour: mild and fruity, with cherry notes

Taste: medium bodied, well balanced and pleasantly dry

Serving temperature: 16/18°C

Food pairing: Highly flexible. Superlative with pasta, rice meat based dishes

Ageing potential: Excellent during 2 years following the grape harvest
